Liability for content

As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG and general applicable law. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time a specific infringement becomes known. If I become aware of any such legal infringements, I will remove the relevant content without undue delay.
