Our apartments are thoughtfully furnished and designed to offer a comfortable and welcoming home for longer stays. To help preserve this quality, we kindly ask all guests to treat the apartment, the house, and all furnishings with care and consideration.

Occupancy

The 50 sqm apartment is intended for one person, and the 100 sqm apartment for up to two people.

​

Deposit

A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is payable before move-in together with the first month’s rent.

​

Included in the Rent

The monthly rent is all-inclusive and covers electricity, water, TV, and internet
(please see pricing / included services).

​

Residential Use

The apartment may be used for residential purposes only. Parties and events are not permitted.

​

Quiet and Consideration

We kindly ask guests to avoid unnecessary noise in the apartment and garden and to be especially considerate during quiet hours between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.

Smoking

The apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balcony with the door closed and in the garden.

​

Insurance

Proof of private liability insurance is required upon move-in.

​

Care of the Apartment

No structural alterations may be made in or around the house. If anything is missing or if any issue arises during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist promptly.

Windows and Doors

When leaving the apartment, windows and doors must be properly closed to protect the property from possible weather-related damage.

​

Pets

Pets are unfortunately not permitted.

​

Responsibility

Tenants are expected to treat the apartment and its inventory with due care at all times and to report any damage without delay.

Personal Belongings
Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the tenant.
